Join us for a cleanup of the areas near the Rampart Reservoir. There are a number of offshoot roads (the 950s) that we will travel down and ensure are clean, along with the roadside. Join us for a BBQ after the cleanup to celebrate our success and a few birthdays.

Safety Briefing: 9:00am at the Main Trailhead parking area on CR 300 (Rampart Range Rd)

COMING FROM TRI-LAKES AREA:
The Information Signs on CR 300 (Rampart Range Rd), near FS Rd 312. Take Mt. Herman Rd (CR 320) approximately 11 miles to the stop sign intersection at CR 300. Turn LEFT onto CR 300 and proceed south toward Rampart Reservoir (turn left before the road turns to pavement to stay on CR 300 (Rampart Range Rd). Continue about 5 miles (past Springdale Campground on your left) to the large parking area for the trailhead to the reservoir.
COMING FROM WOODLAND PARK AREA or COLORADO SPRINGS:
Meet at 8:30am in the Woodland Park Middle School parking lot on the Rampart Range Rd side of the school to caravan (leaving at 8:45am) to the trailhead, OR take Rampart Range Rd up, viering RIGHT at the “Y” at Loy Creek heading toward Rampart Reservoir, then turn RIGHT when the pavement ends (toward the Reservoir). Continue past Springdale Campground on your left to the large parking area for the trailhead.
LUNCH: Provided. Join us to celebrate our success and some birthdays with a BBQ after the cleanup
BRING: Refillable water bottle, gloves, wear sunscreen, a coat, long pants & STURDY shoes/boots
PROVIDED: water, gloves (if needed), grabbers, trash bag
